She was predeceased by: her parents, Don and Rose; her sister Patty Smith (Brian); her aunts and uncles, Carly MacDonald, Ross Maddalena, Eva Falcone, Jean Torti (Lou), Linda Stubbins (Rick), Dino Maddalena (Karen) and Rachel Viger; her cousin Lynn Salis; her grandparents, Angelo, Antonette Maddalena, Jerry and Beatrice Caron; and her cousin Daniel Viger.
She is survived by: her friend J. Patterson.
Donations in memory of Toni may be made to St. Mary Roman Catholic Church.
