She was predeceased by: her mother Lynda Wills. She is survived by: her close friend Dino Conti; her father-in-law Marco Conti; her father Jerry Forrest; her stepmother Rose Forrest; her siblings, Tammy (Daryl), Tracy (Mike) and Jeff (Kelly); her stepsiblings, Annette (Jamie), Bobby (Sue) and Randy (Heather); her cousin Greg; her nephew Stephen; and her pets, Gemma, Chico and Daisy. She is also survived by her uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and beloved cousins.
