She was predeceased by: her spouse Emeric Fournier; her parents, Henri Roy and Lucie Anna Roy; her siblings, Denis (Lucille), Mario, Claire (Paul), Gaetanne, Jeannine (Gaston), Claudette (Wilfred), Lise (Leo), Lucille (Benoit) and Gaston; and her in-laws, Noella (Gerry), Fernand (Marthe), Real (Claudette), Jean Paul (Yvette), Jules (Gisele), Gisele (Lionel) and Gilberte (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Angel Fournier McGuire (late Henri) and Alan (Susan); her siblings, Rejean (late Blandine), Bertrand (Liette), Jean-Marc (late Jackie), Ginette (Jean Rock) and Suzanne (late Edward); her in-laws, Raymond (Louise), Marianne (late Jules) and Marielle (late Gerry); and her stepgrandsons, Phillip Jr. (Jennifer) and James (Angie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welland Funeral Home (827 E Main St, Welland, ON L3B3Y8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Église Sacré-Coeur (72 Empire St, Welland, ON L3B2L4). An entombment was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Fonthill Cemetery (25 Highland Ave, Fonthill, ON L0S1E0).
