James Douglas Billyard Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2025, at the age of 89, James Douglas Billyard (Welland, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rene; his sons, Jimmy, Douglas and David; and his siblings, Betty and Jack.
