Aurèle Laferrière Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aurèle Laferrière (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on November 14, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Maurice (Solange Tessier), Jocelyne (Ronald Holmes), Estelle (André Beauchamp), Louise (Raymond Dorn), Clément (Annette Digout) and Lorraine (Sean Crowston); and his sisters, Isabelle and Martha. He is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welland Funeral Home (827 E Main St, Welland, ON L3B3Y8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Église Sacré-Cœur (72 Empire St, Welland, ON L3B2L4). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (50 Woodlawn Rd, Welland, ON L3C3J5).
