Anna Lastiwka Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Lastiwka (Welland, Ontario), who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Lastiwka; and her daughter Irene Lastiwka. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Lastiwka (Tania), Steve Lastiwka (Luci) and Halina Kollmann (Michael); her grandchildren, Marcia Gravalos (James), Jennifer, Darce, Nicholas and Alexander; her great grandchildren, Amelia and Eliana Gravalos; and her sister Josephine Szwed.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence (19 Young St, Welland, ON L3B4C5). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church (422 David St, Welland, ON L3B2B8). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (50 Woodlawn Rd, Welland, ON L3C3J5).
