He was predeceased by: his son Louis. He is survived by: his wife Lucia; his daughters, Lucy DeFazio (Ralph), Yvonne Chambers (Miles) and Pauline Hood (Ken); his daughter-in-law Lorretta; his grandchildren, Frank (Christie), Michael (Jamie), Aaron (Kate), Ryan (Jen), Courtney, Bryson and Mackenzie; his great grandchildren, Lily, Theo, Vinny, Thatcher, Joseph, Jack and Benny; and his siblings, Joop, Ria and Karin.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the St. Vincent De Paul Society would be appreciated by family.
