He was predeceased by: his sibling Carole. He is survived by: his children, Derek Hill (Jill), Charlie Hill (Melanie De Young), Candice Hill (Patrick Pennycard), Jeffrey Hill (Sara Murphy) and Danielle Hill; his grandchildren, Mikel, Emily and Sofie; his parent Loretta Hill (late Bill); and his siblings, Lori, Lawrence, Charlene, Patricia, Mike, Christine, Albert and Kenny.
Everyone is invited to a reception at the Port McNicoll Legion, 369 Armstrong St, Port McNicoll. following the memorial service Memorial donations in Norman's memory may be made to Hospice Simcoe.
