She was predeceased by: her spouse Ernie Gilliland; her parents, Jim Williams and Dorothy Williams; her granddaughter Samantha; and her sisters, Marilyn and Nancy.

She is survived by: her children, Shelley Butler (Darrell) and Greg Gilliland (Shelley); her grandchildren, Michael (Tyana), William (Michelle), Jamie, Derek (Karley), Jennifer (Ryan), Jessica (Kareem), Jodi and Julie; her great grandchildren, Everette, Ayda Rose, Liam, Sean and Thatcher; her siblings, Vicki MacKenzie (Don), Rick Williams (Gwen) and Mike Williams (John Spence); and her pet Brooke.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital-Palliative Care Unit would be appreciated by the family.
