He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Mucha (Runer); and his son Peter Mucha. He is survived by: his children, Steven Mucha (Karen), Paul Mucha (Ayon), Helen Hollingsworth (late Steve), Michael Mucha (Glenda) and Kristen Kasprzak (John). He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren.
