She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Kim Burns; her children, Kelly Coppard (Jeremy), Brian Burns and Jody Burns (Chad Frayne); her grandchildren, Taya, Rylan and Aden; her mother Mary Geerts; her siblings, John Geerts (Kathy), Anita Berkelmans (John), Jane Boersma (Richard), Patsy Vandenbogaard (Tony) and Connie Geerts (Jon Bjornson); her father Gerard Geerts; her parents-in-law, Edward Burns and Dorothy Burns; and her brother-in-law Mike Thuss. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
