She was predeceased by: her spouse Theodorus Moons (Dick); her parents, Jacobus Schoonderwoerd and Johanna Schoonderwoerd; her brothers, Jack (Jane), Neil, Tom and Bill; and her nephews, Jim Schoonderwoerd and Eric Walter.

She is survived by: her children, Juanita (Hubert), Janetta, D. Jay, Steve (Eva) and Adam (Sara); her grandchildren, Jacob, Gavin, Maxwell, Mason Vandenberg, Nate, Emily Moons, Roy and Nora Moons; her siblings, Angeline Swart (late Roy), Maria Sinosic (Bruno), Joan, Clem (Joanne) and Luke (late Mary); and her siblings-in-law, Everit Moons (Mary), John Moons (Maggie), Bertha Walter (Kurt) and Charlie Moons (late Tuesday). She is also survived by family members, and countless friends.
