He was predeceased by: his father Ford; and his brother Murray. He is survived by: his wife Debra; his mother Muriel; his nieces, Dawn, Natalie, Stephanie and Christina; and his extended family, Brad Campbell, Pamela Kaake, John Rosina and Kendra.
