She was predeceased by: her grandson Joey Laird-Cooper; and her parents-in-law, Gar Cooper and Linda Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Samantha Baker (James) and Brett Cooper; her parents, Dorthy Douglas and Lyle Douglas; her siblings, Jim Douglas (Jessica), Debbie Douglas (late Edgar), Jake Douglas (Tracy) and Roon Searson (Scott); and her mother-in-law Maggie McCarthy. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
