He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Harper; his parents, Carmen and Marguerite; his sister Anne; and his brothers-in-law, Ray and Bruce Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Carmel, Janette (Jeff) and Carolyn; his grandchildren, Courtney, Emily and Eric; his sister Joan Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Jackie, Linda (Steve), Pam (Graham), Wendy (John), Susan (John) and Scott (Michelle).
In lieu of flowers donations to the Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
