He is survived by: his spouse Sandy Higgins; his sons, Gary Higgins (Lisa), Ron Higgins, Raymond Higgins (Connie) and Nathan Higgins (Wendy Stevens); his grandchildren, Rachel, Kyla, Johnny, Brant, Brad, Kailey, Nathan, Amanda and Shawn; and his sister Arlene Ostrosser.
