It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl William Bender (Watford, Ontario), who passed away on October 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bender and Catherine Bender; and his siblings, Dorothy Storey (Ellwood), Myrel Storey (Lloyd), Grace Stephenson and Ray Bender.
He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Lori Pettigrew (Ray) and Jeff Bender (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Brad (Kortney), Chris (Lindsay), Kaitlyn, Kelsey (Drew), Shay, Kat, Dan and Nic; his great grandchildren, Hudson and Brexten; his sister Ethel Boden (Jack); and his parents-in-law, Bill Stephenson, Vi Bender, Eleanor Whitely, Marion Kernighan, Glenda Gerrits (Joe), Joan Crawford (Bill), Norma Preszcator (Gary) and Jim McDougall (Marlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
For those who wish, in memoriam donations to the Watford Quality Care Residents' Fund or to the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
