He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Shaw and Evelyn Shaw. He is survived by: his wife Judy (Irvin); his children, Kent and Carrie (Mew); his grandsons, Benjamin and Alexander; and his sister Jane Carol (Gowing) of Elora.
