She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edgar Blackshaw and Sarah Jane Burt; her husband Raymond Basil Pierce; her daughters, Sharon and Frances; and her siblings, James (Bernice), Wilfred (Vera) and Margaret Schlorff (Clarence).
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Currie (Tom Reinhart), Donna Huber, James Currie and Janet Schafer. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and their spouses, and two great-great-grandchildren.
