He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Rick (Elizabeth), Geoff (Kristine), Dan (Jen) and Melanee (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ethan, James, Gillian, Simon, Sam, Emerson, Eliot, Raina and Ari; his sisters, Jane and Jeannie; and his siblings-in-law, Herman (Margaret), Bill (Dini), John (Linda) and Corry (Richard).
