He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hennig and Antonia Hennig (Toni); his sisters, Bernice Schneider (Vic), Naomi Schneider (Chuck) and Margaret Schultz (Adolf); his nephew Greg Schultz; his parents-in-law, Adolf and Emma Kebbel; and his sister-in-law Gail Kebbel.

He is survived by: his significant other Frieda Hennig (Kebbel); his children, Paul Hennig (Deborah), Jane, Catherine (Kate) and Susan Hennig; his grandchild Ainsleigh Hennig (Edward); and his brothers-in-law, Herb Kebbel (Jeanette) and Ed Kebbel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews along with many adopted family.
