She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Bill; her children, Roberta Bielak (Alex), Wil Carter (Mary Frances), Jacqueline Rula (John) and Adrienne Carter (Terry Gibson); her grandchildren, Ninka Bielak (Jon Meyer), Alina Palermo (Nic), Matthew Carter (Savannah Niwa), Mackenzie Carter (Alison Murdock), Kathryn Carter (John Moffat) and Liam Carter; her siblings, Ingrid, Diana and Charles; her grandson Keiran; and her parent Humphrey.

Ursula was community minded working with Girl Guides, May Court Club, St. John's Kilmarnock School and the Cloverleaf Foundation.
