He was predeceased by: his mother Joan. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Jacqueline (Billy); his granddaughter Lorelei; his father Tom Sr.; his sisters, Brenda (Terry) and Sharon (Tom); his nieces and nephews, Jenna (Jeff), Chris (Jess) and Emily (Mike); and his great-niece Olivia.
