She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Schaefer and Hazel Schaefer (Sothern) of Fordwich, Ontario.; and her daughter Catherine Klea (Robert). She is survived by: her husband George Ernest Trethewey; her siblings, Donald Schaefer (Bette) and Jeanne Petznick (late Robert); her children, Paul, Jim (Nancy) and Mary (David Moody); her grandchildren, Matthew, Kristin, Laura, Karen, Michael, Sarah, Ellyn and Lindsay; and her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Ainsley, Anders and Nathaniel.
