She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Beney and Lillian Beney; and her sister Ruth McDonald. She is survived by: her spouse Glen Wood; her children, Lori, Lynn (Brian) and Larry (Maria-Esther); her grandchildren, Stephanie, David, Larissa (Brandon), Andrew, Karsten Keturah (Chelsea), Jefferson (Nicole), Zoe (Derek), Nathaniel (Lauren) and Everett; and her great grandchild Emerson.
