He was predeceased by: his father Mike. He is survived by: his significant other Kimberly Warmington; his stepchildren, Adrian Carroll (Trina) and Taylor Tantardini; his grandchildren, Aaliyah, Maya and Elliot; his mother Susan Pieper; his brother Ted (Kelly); and his nieces and nephews, Taylor and Brennan.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the family has requested services to be private.
In memory of Terry, the family has requested that everyone keep in mind that charity begins at home and that one may consider making a donation to their local food bank.
