She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul Couillard; her siblings, John and June MacKinnon; her siblings-in-law, Harold MacKinnon, Jack Couillard, John Cook and Nancy Cook; her nephew Bruce Cook; her niece Judy Wood; and her parents, Hedley and Amelia Spence.
She is survived by: her friend Murray Bauman of Waterloo; her children, Nancy Zorgdrager (Brent) of Kitchener and Peter Couillard (Brittany Robinson) of Peachland, BC.; her grandchildren, Bradley, Andrew (Emily Cunningham) and Hilary Zorgdrager; her great grandchild Noah Zorgdrager; her sister-in-law Betty Couillard; and her caregivers, South, Dr. Chopra, Dr. Omar, Dr. Barnes, Dr. Tan and Lorrie Shantz.
