He is survived by: his wife Cindy Canning-Smith; his children, Graham, Brandon (Kendra) and Jordan (Melodie); his grandchildren, Siobhan, Kylynn and Huxley; and his siblings, Bill, Jeannie Flemming Maureen (Rob) and Luanne Ward (James).
