It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ronald Garth Dunkley of Waterloo, Ontario, born in Windsor, Ontario, who passed away on February 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dunkley and Hazel Dunkley; his wife Dorothy; and his brothers, William and Lorne.

He is survived by: his daughters, Susan (Darryl) and Michelle; his grandsons, Richard, Robert and William (Carol); his sister Joy (Wendling); and his canine buddies, Lady and Ollie.

In addition, Ron has received the Descartes Medal (1987), the Paul Erdos Award (1994) and the Adrien Pouliot Award for contributions to Mathematics Education (1997).
