He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Fagan and Terry Fagan. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristina Jakowlew (Mike) of Woodstock and Tiffany Fagan (Mike Erickson) of Palmerston; his grandchildren, Nicolas and Illyana Jakowlew; and his sisters, Carol Fagan (Frank Sivertz), Libby Valeriani (Lorenso) and Andrea Fagan (Greg Robinson). He is also survived by daughters sons-in-law, grandchildren, sister.
