It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Praphanh Soumpholphakdy (Waterloo, Ontario), who passed away on July 5, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Bounnhong Soumpholphakdy; her children, Paula Ioannou and Marlena Soumpholphakdy; her child-in-law Kyros Ioannou; and her grandchild Aristotle Ioannou. She was also cherished by her mother, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
