He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyall Sprung and Doreene Sprung; his siblings, David, Ralph and Elizabeth Christner; his sister-in-law Ruth Atkinson; and his granddaughter Brittany Parsons.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothea; his daughters, Jennifer Parsons (Tony) and Rebecca; his great grandchild Aurora; his son Ronald (Cheryl); his grandsons, Nathan and Matthew; his daughter Laura (Mark); his grandchildren, Blake, Suzanne and Jacki; his son Gordon (Lesley); his grandsons, Lucas and Jackson; his siblings, Donald (Hannah), Margaret Colmer (Larry) and Michael; his siblings-in-law, Audrey McNeely (John) and David Christner; and his friends, Mike, Jay and Howie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
