He was predeceased by: his son Damian; and his brother Ken Dembski. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his son Chad (Fran Patterson); his nieces and nephews, Jeannine Ouellette, Lauren Dembski, Christy Dumas, Michael Wright and Jordan Wright; his goddaughter Teresa Sweeney; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Wright and Debbie Dembski.
