Peter Alan Cook Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Alan Cook (Waterloo, Ontario), who passed away on February 19, 2018 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Cook and Marie Cook; and his son Jamie. He is survived by: his spouse Carole; his sibling John (Anne); his sibling-in-law Robert (Audrey); and his grandson Benjamin. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
