He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Webb and Helene Webb; and his sisters, Shirley Harvey, Marilyn Roedding and Ginger Lutz.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Lester; his children, Chris Webb and Andrea Doering; his stepchildren, Terry Lester and Dean Lester; his grandchildren, Anthony, Philip, Bethany and Rebecca; his great grandchildren, Savannah and Aria; and his brothers, Tim Webb (Nelda) and Steve Webb (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
