It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Anne (Lillie) Carter of Waterloo, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on January 26, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mel Clark and Isabelle Clark; her parents-in-law, Ron and Nora Lillie; and her nephew Ron Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Brian; her children, Kenneth Lillie (Miriam) of Cobalt, Karen Lillie Filiatrault (Don) of Kitchener, Kim Hill (Sammie) of Kitchener, Breanne McArthur (Steve) of Cambridge and Greg Carter of Waterloo; her sister Susan Clark; her sister-in-law Jean Lillie of Toronto; her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Jeff, Laura, John, Dianne of Ancaster, Paul, Karen of Edmonton, Mike and Kim of Michigan; her friends, Liz, Fred Hughes of Kitchener, Rick and Wenda Krupp of Bermuda; and her nieces and nephews, Susan Whyte, Brad Hughes, Nadia Krupp and Jason Krupp.

Due to Covid restrictions the memorial service will be closed to the public, but will be livestreamed at http://www.erbgood.com on Monday February 1 at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to The Children's Wish Foundation would be appreciated as a way to continue her legacy of love for children or the Parkinson's Society South Western Ontario.
