He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick McCullough and Elizabeth McCullough; and his brother Bruce McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Janet McCullough; his children, Louise Hackett (Bill) and Peter McCullough; his grandchildren, Brad Hackett (Alyssa), Cory McCullough (Angela), Rachel Garibaldi (Aaron) and Jenna Martin (Justin); his siblings, Gordon McCullough (Mary), Shirley Hinsperger (Roy) and Norman McCullough (Colleen); and his sisters-in-law, Marian Tucker, Pat Beatty (George) and Joyce McCullough. He is also survived by his 8 great grandchildren.
