He is survived by: his stepchildren, Robyn, Sammi and Ethan; his grandchildren, Paige, Vaeda and Mickey; and his nephews, Simon, Aaron, Chad, Warren, Nolan, Daniel, Ben and Chris. He is also survived by 3 great nephews and 1 great niece.
