She was predeceased by: her parents, Johann Maletz and Wilhelmine Maletz. She is survived by: her children, Dieter Kays (Rosalind), Gudrun Mirandola and Ortwin Kays (Sue); her granddaughters, Angela Burden, Heidi Clay (Jonathan), Jennifer Sommer (Jeffrey), Maria Mirandola and Holly Martin (Jimmy); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Esther Kays-Burden, Olivia, Samuel, Benjamin, Lucas Clay, Emma, Kate, Daniel Sommer, Macy and Jack Martin; her siblings, Karl Maletz (Ursel) and Gertrude Jurish; and her husband Ernest. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
