She is survived by: her children, Doug (Ali Gibson), Bruce (Shelley) and Carolyn Forler (Mike); her grandchildren, Alison (Patrick Carter), Scott (Karen), Ian Forler (Caitie Dietrich), Laura Mutton (Jimmy Molto), Daniel Mutton, Heidi VanBodegom (Brian), Hanh (Caroline), Deng and Nock Thalychanh (Richard Exon); her great grandchildren, Keira and Hannah VanBodegom; her husband Gordon Chambers; and her son Jimmy.
