She was predeceased by: her parents, Campbell Jamison and Agnes Jamison (Donald Schott); and her in-laws, Tove and Harold Petersen. She is survived by: her husband Gerner Petersen; her children, Erik Petersen (Marisa), Christopher Petersen, Karen Hudson (Chad), Ken Petersen (Lori) and Kathy Petersen; her sisters, Sallie Brown (Ken), Kathy Stilwell, Mabel Swijters (William) and Audrey Jamison; her grandchildren, Jacob, Hailey, Brook, Natasha, Zachary, Elizabeth, Joshua, Emma, Victoria, Brody, Magnus, Nicole and Faith; her great grandchildren, Phoenix and Serenity; and her sisters, Michelle Burgess, Robbie Broda (Kim) and Paula Stilwell (Randy).
