She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann (Thoman) and Ervin Rieck; her husband Harold; her stepmother Edna; and her siblings, Harold Rieck (Shirley), Elsie Heller (Roy) and Myrtle Armstrong (Edward).
She is survived by: her children, Ross Huehn (Karen) of Kitchener, Robert Huehn (Barbara) of Sauble Beach and Mary Cannell (Eric) of Beaconsfield, Quebec; her grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca (Andy), Paul (Jessie), John (Amy) and Elizabeth (Stephan); her great grandchildren, Joscelyne (Chad), Kyla, Peyton, Hunter and Rebecca; and her great great grandchild Olivia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Mabel's life story will be held on her birthday in September at the home of her son Ross in Kitchener after COVID restrictions are lifted.
