He was predeceased by: his father Albert B. Gidge. He is survived by: his spouse Beth Gidge; his children, Albert Gidge (Kerri) of Hamilton, Tom Tugwood (Sandra) of Glace Bay, Les Jr. of Waterloo, Harry Campbell (Crystal) of Ingersoll and Willie Tugwood (Debora) of Waterloo; his parent Dorothy Gidge of Corner Brook; his siblings, Judy Kennedy (Gary) of Goulds, NFL and Helen Durdle (Kevin) of Clarenville, NFL; his sister-in-law Marlene Gidge; his uncle Clyde Bungay (Margaret) of Fredericton; and his brothers, Leonard and Thomas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Kidney Foundation or the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
