He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brown and Ruby Brown (Amory); and his siblings, Doris Brown, Peter and Frederick Russell Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Russell, Robert (Evelyn) and Karen; his close friend Dorothy McCarthy; his grandchildren, David Brown (Gabbie), Hannah Botting (Bradley), Denise Voronkov (Alex) and Hilary Calderwood (Cosmin); his great grandchildren, Onyx Voronkov and Kirby Brown; and his sister Barbara Holland.
