He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Wales and Loretta Wales; his children, David (Mary Ellen) of Napanee, Dan (Ingrid) of Aurora and Marianne Wales of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Jason, Davey, Stephen Cairns, Angel and Ayden; his great grandchildren, Lucas and Logan Wales; and his siblings, Doug (late Bev), Helen Powell (Jack), Irene Storey (Bill), Jackie Wales, Floyd Wales (Rita), Jean Young (Ray), Joy Asselstine (Keith), John and Bob (Hilda). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Memorial donations made to the Village Green Residence Council would be appreciated by the family.
