We are sad to announce that on April 22, 2021, at the age of 85, Lazaro Da Rocha of Waterloo, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria of Freitas and Casimir Silveria Da Rocha of Santa Cruz; and his brothers, John and Constantino. He is survived by: his wife Manuela Da Rocha; his children, Nellie Brennan (James) of Oshawa and Lazaro Da Rocha of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Emma, Matthew, Rachel and Michael; his sister Teresa Da Rocha of Flores, Azores.; and his close friends, Isabel, John Bonifacio, Rosalina and Mario Faria.

A Celebration of Life will be held for friends and family once pandemic restrictions ease.

In memory of Lazaro, memorial donations to the Charles H. Best Diabetes Center would be appreciated.
