He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte Stendel and Franz Stendel. He is survived by: his wives, Christle and Christl Stendel (Sessel); his sons, Tom Stendel and Troy Stendel (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Groff Stendel, Dustin Stendel (Kayla), Lexi Stendel and Lana Stendel; his great grandchildren, Madison Stendel, Owen Stendel and Reid Stendel; and his sister Monika Koenig (Uli).
