It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Joan Friend (Waterloo, Ontario), who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marg Kirk and John Kirk (Jack) of Kitchener, Ontario.; her husband Hal; and her son Bruce Friend. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Riener; her sons, Stephen and John; her daughters-in-law, Liz and Lynda; her grandchildren, Alison, Matthew, Shelby, Casey and Kyanna; her great grandchild Easton; her nieces, Justine and Donna; and her nephew Ralph.
