She was predeceased by: her parent Jim Simonek. She is survived by: her mother Tammy; her grandparents, Wolfgang Simonek (Jim) and Joy Simonek of Kitchener; and her siblings, Shawn Simonek and Christina Foster. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
