He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula Zieske; his son John; his parents, Wilhelm Zieske and Martha Zieske; and his siblings, Victor (Sigmund) and Erna.
He is survived by: his children, Marvin (Sandra) and Elizabeth Farr; and his siblings-in-law, Veronika (Carl), Helga and Dieter of Germany.
